[Request Management] - Slack - Configure Tags

Go to any channel, and type [[/thena global config]]

Select "Thena Global Config"

Select "Request Management"

Look for "Request Tag Management"

"Add Tags"

Give your tag a name. For example "Priority"

Click here

Pick from Radio, Single Select, or Multi Select options

Add values, separated by commas. For example: "low, medium, high"

Click "Add Tag" to save & finish
