Navigate to [https://myapps.microsoft.com/](https://myapps.microsoft.com/)

Click "Employee Access Portal"

Click the "Username" field.

Type your full email address

Using just your username will not work. It must be your full email address.

Click "Employee Access"

Click "My Time"

Click "Time off requests"

Click the "Type" drop down and select the appropriate time off type.

Click "SICK-ADMIN"

Add a comment about the day off for your supervisor's reference

Select your date(s)

Click "Submit"
