Request a New Store

This Admin Guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to request a new store on the Vaca Platform. It covers everything from entering store information, mapping products, populating the catalog, configuring payment structure, granting employee access, configuring quotas, setting up shipping and taxes, and reviewing the final configuration. By following this guide, an Admin can easily create their own e-commerce store... via Vaca.

Tip! Be sure to request your URL's to go live! Reach out to integration experts at [[[Yousuf.inayat@integrationxperts.com]]](mailto:Yousuf.inayat@integrationxperts.com)and provide the store name, and request that both the Supervisor and Employee email go live.

Click "Request Store"

Step 1: Enter Store Information

Give your store a name, prefix, website, description, logo & favicon

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 2: Map Products to your Store

Select the products you want to add to your store

Click "Add to Store"

Review your product selection!

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 3: Populate the Catalog

Now select products to add to your Catalog

Product Sets

If you haven't created your Product Sets, then you can create them here!

Click "Add to product set"

Click "+New set"

Name your Product Set

Click "Create"

Now, select the Product Set you just created

Click "Add to product set" again to hide the options

Click the \[+\] icon to view the products in your newly created Product Set

Review your Store Catalog!

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 4: Configure Product Set Groups

Click this checkbox.

Set Groups

If you haven't created your Set Groups, then you can create them here!

Click "Add to product set group"

Click "New set group"

Name your Set Group

Click "Create"

Now select your newly created Set Group

Click "Add to product set group" again to hide the list

Click this \[+\] icon to see the Product Sets within your Set Group.

Click this \[+\] icon to see the Products within your Product Sets.

Review your Set Groups!

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 5: Configure the Payment Structure

Disable any payment methods you do not approve of.

Employee Allowances

If you haven't created an Employee Allowance, then you can create one here!

Click "+ Add allowance"

Fill in the Employee Allowance details

Click "Save"

Payment Program

If you haven't created a Payment Program, then you can create one here!

Click "Add payment program"

Fill in the Payment Program details

Click "Save"

Review the Payment Structure

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 6: Grant Employees Access to the Store

If you haven't added your employees to the system, then you can import them or add new users individually here!

Create an Employee Profile

Click "New User"

Fill in your employee's information

Click "Save"

Select the employee(s) who need access to this store

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 7: Configure Quotas

If you haven't created a "Quota Set Group", then you can create one here!

Create a new Quota Set Group

Click "New quota set group"

If you haven't created a "Quota Set", then you can create one here!

Create a new Quota Set

Click "New quota set"

Fill in the Quota Set information

Select the correct Product Set Group(s)

Click "Save"

Select the correct Quota Set(s)

Click "Next step"

Enter the Quota Set Group details

Click "Add" to create a new Quota Rule

Configure your Quota Rule

Click "Next step"

Select the correct employees

Or, simply click "Assign All"

Click "Confirm"

Click "Finish"

Review your Quota Configuration!

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 8: Shipping & Taxes

Enable the Shipping Methods you want to support

Enable the Tax option to automatically calculate taxes

Enter the billing information or select Shipping Zip Code to calculate taxes from the shipping address

Click "Save & Finish"

That's it! You can always go view or edit the store to make updates!

You basically created an E-commerce Store. Let that sink in... Congratulations!

Review your Set Groups!

Click "Save & Continue"

Step 5: Configure the Payment Structure
