    Navigate to [https://join.rzilient.club/](https://staging.rzilient.club/)
    Click on "Employees"
    Click on the number of devices attributed to an account (whether it be an employee or the stock account)
    Click on this icon to display available actions
    Click on "Delete data of this device" to request a remote wipe
    Note that following conditions need to be met for the wipe request to be effective: - The device has to be 1) enrolled to the MDM - The device will be wiped once it is 2) turned on 3) plugged in and 4) connected to the Internet - The user session needs to be open, particularly if this is a MacBook whose disk is encrypted through FileVault
    Be patient: wipe requests are not instantaneous, you may have to wait a moment. If the remote wipe is still not launched after a long waiting time, make sure the mandatory conditions are met.
    Once the device is wiped, it will be: - reset to factory settings - unenrolled from the MDM - still in your inventory - assigned to the stock
