To view which courses are in the Course Evaluation system and are set to be receiving evaluations for the current term, you can find a list of your courses.

To locate your courses, after logging in, click on the **Manage Courses** button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Next to the current project (semester) name, click on the magnifying glass underneath **View**.\

You will then see a list of your courses that are designated to receive evaluations for the current semester.

If your list of courses is not correct and you wish to add, remove, or crosslist courses, fill out the form titled **Change Course Form** at the top of this page: <https://www.clemson.edu/institutional-effectiveness/oir/resources/course-evaluation/resources.html>

To begin filling out the form, be sure to input the current semester term.

Then, input your entries below the examples highlighted in yellow.

**Adding Courses**: If a course is missing from your course list on EvaluationKit, please list them in the Change Course Form and indicate that they are to be added in the “Action Needed” column.

**Removing Courses**: If you are no longer teaching one of the listed courses or if you do not need an evaluation for one of the listed courses, please list the course in the Change Course Form and indicate that it is be removed in the “Action Needed” column.

**Crosslisting (Combining) Courses**: Crosslists will be automatically imported depending on whether or not sections are crosslisted in iRoar.

You should **add a crosslist** if you have sections that are not combined in iRoar that you want crosslisted, as well as if you have a course with only one student enrolled. On the form, indicate which classes are to be crosslisted in the **Action Needed** column. Additionally, indicate which course you want as the parent course in the **Crosslist Parent** column as shown.

You should **remove a crosslist** if you have combined sections in iRoar that you want seperate evaluations for. You can designate courses to have crosslists removed by inputting “Remove Crosslist” in the **Action Needed** column.

Once you are finished filling out the form, please email it to [EKAdmin@clemson.edu](mailto:EKAdmin@clemson.edu) so your requested changes can be processed.
