    Requesting Course Credit on FEMA OneResponder Portal

    Sign In and Navigate to OneResponder <https://oneresponder.preptoolkit.fema.gov/portal/#/dashboard>

    Click "Responder Profile"

    Click "Manage" to the right of Training History

    Click "Request Credit" for any course you see not listed in your online transcript

    Alert! In the next step you must enter the date you finished your course, NOT the current date.

    Click the "Select an Effective Date..." field. ENTER THE DATE OF THE CERTIFICATE; aka the date you finished the course NOT today's date

    Type in the date you finished the class as the "Effective Date"

    Type any notes, such as who provided the training, if you are requesting reciprocity for a like course, etc.

    Click "Select File" and upload a copy of your course certification

    Click the "Search..." field and search for the course you are requesting credit for in the prior steps.

    Tip! You can attempt to search by course number, course name, or provider of the course. Once you find the course, choose SELECT.

    Note! If the course you are seeking credit for does not exist on the listing, however is a requirement for your PTB/Qualification, send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with name of course.

    Click "Request Selected" and course will be submitted for credit. Repeat for as many courses as are required for any certification / qualification you are seeking.
