How to request an Emburse/Chrome River account via MyRF

Log Into MyRF <https://myrf.sdsu.edu/prod/f?p=705:101>

Click Fund Management Drop down

Select "User Listing/Requests"

Click "Create New Account/Role"

After Selecting "Create New Account/Role", the page that loads will provide the instructions on how to create a new User Request

Click "Magnify Glass" to search for the User you wish to create

Type in Users Name
Note! When searching you can enter the users RedID in this field, if the user does not have a RedID, their Employee ID works as well.

Click "Magnify Glass" again or "Enter" to search

Click on the User Name

On Request Type, click drop down

List then populates with the choices available.

Choose "Chrome River Account"

Click "Create Request"

Click "Add Orgn"

Click the "Orgn:" field.

Type in Orgn code to search and Click "Magnify Glass" again or "Enter" to search

Select Org from search

Click "Add"
Alert!
New users will be able to log in to Chrome River the day after they are notified that the MyRF account set up has been completed. Users being assigned additional Chrome River allocations will have them available the day after request is approved.
