In the patient encounter, navigate to the investigation section and Click on "Laboratory"

Search for the investigation by name or scroll through the list provided. 

Select your investigation of interest if you find it, for multiple investigations repeat the selection process. 

Indicate any other investigations name If you do not find it in the search field above

Investigations not in the Ilara HMIS and entered in the other investigation request(s) field will not have results entry template/form but a plain text field.

Click "Request investigation(s)" to submit the request.
