Reset payment account

To pay for your membership by credit card or echeck you need a payment account. This account is separate from other LP2 and graduate center accounts that you have. If you already have a payment account, but have forgotten your login details, please follow the below instructions If you are not sure if you have an account, please contact lp2@gc.cuny.edu

Click on the link on your invoice that says: **"Online Payment Platform".**

You will be taken to our online payment site. From here, click **"Register / login now".**

If you can't remember your username, click **"Forgot Username?"** If you know your username but not your password, proceed to [Step 6](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Creating_a_Payment_Account_Copy__c1WVW7isRTesyaBMbiKoRQ?scrollToActionId=7549958b)

Enter the email address associated with your payment account. Click "**Submit"**

Your username has now been sent to your email address. This will have come from engagement@gc.cuny.edu. If you can't see this email, please check your junk/spam folders. Once you have received this, you can now click "**Login**" and proceed with payment. If you also don't know your password, please proceed to Step 6

You should now have received an email from engagement@gc.cuny.edu. If you can't see this email, please check your junk/spam folders. In this email, click the **"Click to Confirm"** link

You will now be taken to this "Change Your Password" page Choose a new password that meets the below password requirements Click "**Submit"**

Hooray - you have now reset your password. You can now click "**Login**" and proceed with your payment.
