Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Helpdesk

Click "Administration"

Click "Manage Users"

Enter the user details and click "Go" to search for a specific user, if required

Users that have entered their password incorrectly too many times will be locked out of the system. You can see a red "Yes" in the "Locked" column

Click "Reset Password"

Click "OK"
The user's password will be reset to **password1$** . This can be changed to something more memorable by logging in via the online Helpdesk. Passwords can't be changed through the Helpdesk app
