    Open Self-Serve Password Reset

    1
On your mobile device or computer, open your web browser and go to<https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/>. Type in your NSH email address into the box, then type in the characters displayed in the picture (or the words in the audio). Click "Next" to continue.

    Authenticate Yourself (Confirm your Identity)

**IMPORTANT: Choose a Passphrase, not a Password!** To improve your experience and better protect sensitive information, all NSH users (including PFAs) need to choose a **passphrase** instead of a password. A passphrase is an easy-to-remember, secret phrase which must have at least 10 characters. Your passphrase will never expire, so make sure it’s easy for you to use and remember. You are responsible for all access associated with your passphrase, so do not share it with anyone. Enter a new password in the top box (remember to use a passphrase!), and enter it again in the bottom box to confirm it. Then, click "Finish".
    5
Once you have successfully completed the password reset, you will receive an email to your NSH email account from *[email protected]* . That's it, you're all done!
