Navigate to [https://lposd.powerschool.com/admin/home.html](https://lposd.powerschool.com/admin/home.html)

Select Contacts and enter a name to search for.

Click on the Edit Account button. If the user doesn't have an account, please go to the help desk article "Creating Custodial Data Access Account in PowerSchool".

Click "Submit".  This will create a temporary password for the user that they will have to change at the next login.

Send the user their username and temporary password, along with the URL to login at https://lposd.powerschool.com/public.
