Resolve actual duration dispute

Click "Dashboard"

Click "View" under Resolve Dispute

A list of appointments which require the actual duration submission will be displayed. Select an appointment from the list.

Appointments in Dispute can be identified by their status.

Under the Actions, any appointments with a Red clock require dispute resolution.

You will be able to see the times proposed by the interpreter and the times proposed by the client.

If you agree with the proposal of the interpreter click "Confirm Timesheets"

Click "Close"

The status of the appointment will be updated to Complete.
