Resolving Findings Created through an Inspection Submission. (Mobile View)

Navigate to your NetVendor Maintenance app on your mobile device. Once here log into the platform using your credentials and your companies designated method.

Mark finding as resolved.

It will automatically have you at the dashboard. Select the Menu button.

From there select the "Inspections" tab.

This will take you to inspections submitted (Submissions). Select the inspection you wish to complete.

Scroll down and then to the right and select the 3 dots on the right of the finding you wish to resolve.

You will see that you may just click "Mark as Resolved", however, it is very important to leave comments and if possible photos of how it was resolved and the state it is in now.

To do that, select view details. Or press on finding you wish to leave comment and photos on.

Click the "Write a comment for your internal team" field and type how the finding was resolved and what state it is now. (Details are very important so there is clear communication and documentation on things that were completed)

Click the photo icon to take a photo of the state the finding is in now.

Then, select "Post".

Click "Mark as Resolved" to complete finding status.

To view comment, simply select the finding you left the comment and photo on and scroll down and you will see both right above comments.

Linking a inspection finding to a Service Request.

We are back at "Inspections" tab

Once again, this will take you to inspections submitted (Submissions). Select the inspection you wish to complete.

Scroll down and then to the left and select the 3 dots on the right of the finding you wish to link to a service request.

Select "Link to Service Request" to link to service request.

Select the service request ID number.

From there is will automatically take you to the "Requests" tab with the linked service request.

Once the service request is complete the finding automatically goes to resolved and in the green.
