Respondus LockDown Browser settings - Classic Quizzes

If you want to use LockDown Browser (LDB) in Classic Quizzes, you must select "Require Respondus LockDown Browser" in the exam settings.

You must also enable the LockDown Browser link in the Navigation panel so Test Center staff have access to its settings. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, select "Settings."

Select "Navigation" at the top of the screen.

Find and click the three vertical dots beside "LockDown Browser."

Select "Enable."

Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

Once the link is added to the navigation panel, click on it.

Find the exam you that needs to have LDB enabled and select the down arrow next to it.

Click "Settings" in the drop down menu.

Click "Require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam"

Select "Advanced Settings"

Click "Enable Calculator on the toolbar"

Select the appropriate calculator option. If you are allowing both, please select "Scientific Calculator."

Select the "Save + Close" button to save the settings.
