In Microsoft 365 home page, click the "App Launcher Navigation/ Top Bar".

In the app launcher navigation/top bar, click "SharePoint".

In the SharePoint page there will be a search bar in the middle of the page, in the search bar, type the name of the site you are looking for.

Use the search bar to find documents, lists, libraries, people, and more in SharePoint. Once you've found what you're looking for, click on the object to access it.

In the SharePoint site you selected, Click on the gear icon in the top right to access various SharePoint settings and options.

In the site settings, click "Site contents" to open the contents and documents on that SharePoint site.

In the site contents, click "Documents" to open all the site documents library.

You can access previous versions of a file in a document library. Click the three dots next to the document you wish to restore to open a dropdown menu.

On the document drop down menu. click "Version history" to access and view the document's different versions.

The **Version history** page will open, displaying all existing versions of the file.

Hover over the desired document version to reveal a dropdown menu with options to restore, delete, or view that particular file version.
