Navigate to the admin dashboard by clicking "ADMIN" in the top menu

Select the type of post you'd like to restrict access for.

In the right-hand panel, scroll down and select "Users must be logged in to view this portfolio post." This is true regardless of the selection, but you must check the box to restrict by tag.

To only allow users with certain tags to view, click the "Select tags" field. You can use "Functional Role" tags or "Company Size" tags for example.

Right-click "Interest Area-Data & Rev Ops"

Click "Functional Role - COO/Operations Leader"

This is helpful if you have a post you only want certain users to see. For example, you may want a CEO starter kit to only be accessible to people who are CEOs.
