Resubmitting/Editing Interview Exchange Hire Forms

Locating Denial Reason Message

Navigate to [you.clarku.edu](https://you.clarku.edu/uPortal/f/welcome/normal/render.uP)

Click "Hirezon/Interview Exchange Login"

Click on the "Forms" module icon.

Click "Student Employment" from the drop down menu.

Ensure you are in the "Created by me" dashboard.

Locate the form that you are resubmitting/editing and click the pencil icon.

This form has been denied and is marked with a red "X". Click on the "X" to reveal the "Student Worker Form" link.

Click "Task Routing" on the right side to see the reason for denial.

In the task routing pop-up box, you will see why the form was denied, who denied it, and when.

Close out of the pop-up box and let's make necessary edits!
Editing a Submitted Hire Form

Click "Actions" on the right.

Click "Mark As Incomplete" to recall the hire form.

Click "Actions" again.

Click "Republish" to reopen to form for edits.

Click "Student Worker Form" to reopen the hire form and make edits.

Click "Edit"

Make any necessary edits to the hire form.

Scroll to the bottom and click "Save & Submit"
