Navigate to <https://production.bloodhub.com/dashboard> and log in.

Click "New Inventory Transaction"

Click "Boone Hospital Center - ImpactLife"

Click "Please select a return type"

Click "Return for Reissue"

Click "Next" arrow in bottom right corner.

Scan Unit number and Product code on unit label.

Click here.

Click blue button.
