Return a Recent Order
This Employee Guide provides a step-by-step process on how to return a recent order. By following these instructions, users will be able to easily navigate through the return process, selecting the appropriate reason for return and submitting their request.

Login to www.employee.viavaca.com

Look for "Your Recent Orders" on your Dashboard, then click the arrow for the product you wish to return.

Click "Return"

Click the checkbox of the product you wish to return

Click this dropdown & select the most accurate reason for the return

Click the "exchange reason" field.

Type a brief explanation. For example, "wrong color" or "doesn't fit"

Click "Submit"
