Return an order containing items

Navigate to <https://case.opologic.com/>

Click "Shipping" tab in left side menu

Click the "Return" button

Search for case by patient name or case number

Review items on order Click "Return" to start return

In submenu select item you want to return by clicking on it

System will then display details relating to the item shipped

If the item is used toggle the switch to 'usage'

Complete the return of the item by clicking the "Return" button

The popup modal confirms the items with user that will be allocated to usage

Click "View Case" to complete the process and return to case details screen
