    Reviewing and Modifying Existing Availability Statuses within your MiCollab Client

      Click on your profile icon.

      Select the dropdown menu next in the Availability section.

      Select the Manage Status option.

      Select the Status you wish to review.

      The call using section defines what device will be used when initiating calls from the client. Simply choose the device you want to call from when this status is in place.

      The "Send my calls to" option lets you define what device to send your incoming calls to. In most cases, it is set to "My Ring Group" with radial tab options next to each of your devices. Simply enable each device you wish to ring during incoming calls.\ \ This gives you great flexibility to ensure you can be reached wherever you are.

      If any modifications were made, click the done button to save.
