    Once you click the phone number, Ring Central will call the number and a Screen Pop will display on the bottom left corner

    either during or after your call do this - **SUBJECT:** - Ring Central will automatically fill in the outbound phone number. You should change it to something that reflects the call topic, so it doesn't get lost in the feed. - **NAME:** You will either see the contact name or multiple name matches. You should definitely go in and click the correct contact if there are multiple options. - **RELATED TO:** - If there are no open opportunities or cases, this will default to the account.

    Once complete, click save...this can be set to autosave in the settings.
