    Run a report on grant or budget spending

    Login to Ribbon.

    Click "Spend Report"

    Click "FILTER"

    Select the grant or budget. Every expense you've associated with that grant or budget will appear.

    You can also filter by the year and/or month the expense occurred. You'll be able to see a pie chart of expense by category and you can see each individual expense by scrolling down the page.

    You can export the data on the export button if you'd like an export of the data to submit to a grant provider, funder, etc.
