Click "SAPR Manager" in the CWSP Operations App

Scroll down to the Mass Survey Sender. To continue sending, click "Continue".

The Mass Survey Sender keeps track of who has ever received a survey email, and who is eligible to receive a reminder.

Note: Reminders cannot be sent for surveys where at least one person has submitted an entry, or for surveys that are set to "Closed" by a coordinator.

If you want to continue sending "Initial Survey Emails", leave the "Send Initial Survey Emails" toggle on and click "Continue".

If you want to send reminders, select the "Send Reminder Emails" toggle and click "Continue".

Note that this toggle will not appear if there are no recipients eligible for a reminder.


The number of emails to be sent will be displayed on this confirmation page. To continue to send emails, click "Send Emails".
