Delete a Transaction from Favorites

Right-click on the transaction you want to delete on the **SAP Easy Access** page. In this example, I want to delete ZFR1F - Cost Centers: Current/Cumulative.

A pop-up window displays. Select **Delete Favorite.**

Notice the transaction no longer appears as a favorite.
Insert a Transaction into Favorites

Select **Favorites**, highlighting it in gold. Right-click on your mouse.

A pop-up displays. Select **Insert Transaction.**

In the pop-up box, enter the transaction you want to add. In this example, I am adding Z72CC - Cost Center by GL Account with Stat Rev. Select the **Green Check** to add the transaction.

Notice the transaction now displays as a **Favorite**.
Display Transaction Codes Along with Transaction Names

It is helpful to display both the transaction code and name on the **SAP Easy Access Menu**. The screenshot below does not include the transaction code.

Click on the screen to display the taskbar. Select **Extras.**

Select **Settings.**

Click on the box beside **Display Technical Names.**

Notice a "check" displayed in the box. Select the **Green Check** to continue.

Notice the transaction codes now display in the menu.
