    Make a Customer Inactive

While you can't just remove someone from QBO completely, you can make a customer inactive. First, locate the customer.
From the left navgiation bar, hover over Sales, then select "Customers"
    Click "Dylan Sollfrank"
Note that Dylan Sollfrank has a $0 balance, so no additional work is required before making his account inactive.
Click the "down arrow" next to the Edit button
    Click "Make inactive"
    Click "Yes, make inactive"
Now the word "deleted" is showing beside Dylan Sollfrank's name.
