    Navigate to your inbox and click the email from: [dse_na2@docusign.net](mailto:dse_na2@docusign.net) with the subject, "Spark Insurance Services LLC - SCAN Multi-State Agent Contract - [Your Name]"

    Click "REVIEW DOCUMENTS"

    Click this text field and enter your phone number, including area code, without any dashes for the Phone Authentication. Be sure you are available to answer the number you enter. When you answer, follow the prompts exactly to proceed. Click "CALL".

    Click each state highlighted, you would like to be appointed in. You will need to include your License # in some cases. If you are prompted (allowed) to enter your License number, enter it and proceed.

    Returning users will login. If it is your first time certifying with Scan, you'll create an account. Once inside, complete the certification requirements to ensure all boxes are checked.
