The family fills out the [Online Application](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1eFXmb0uBfCvaPI6l_YK6ZVQuXWSaGxnjNe0FoHWAmak/formrestricted).
CSM receives a notification about the online application via email [info@cornerstone-emo.com](mailto:info@cornerstone-emo.com)
CSM sends the family a [link to complete the registration fee and first month's tuition](//southlandsonlineschools.com).
If no Contact exists, create one.
***OS*** creates an Ed Plan for the student inside of PandaDoc.
Reference the course selected by the on-site RP to ensure accuracy.
Be sure to delete all of the fields in the DOCUMENT (not the TEMPLATE) that do not pertain to the student.
***OS*** sends Ed Plan to [sadams@southlandscs.com](mailto:sadams@southlandscs.com) with Shavone Adams as the signatory.
**OS**[delivers the form](https://southlands.wufoo.com/forms/scso-credit-student-course-request/) to SCS IT with appropriate information for each student.

**OS** notifies CSM of form delivery in the #on-site student Slack channel.
**CSM** waits 24 hours for delivery to reflect inside of PS.
This is important because SCS IT may not see a student delivery without a 24 hour window.
Once news of successful enrollment is received by On-site IT, **CSM** notifies the respective teacher inside of #student-related-announcements.
- Be sure to @ the appropriate teacher so that they receive a notification. - Be sure to advise the teacher of the Student name, Course name, and which Track the student is enrolled in.
**CSM** advises Student that their course(s) are ready (once word is received from On-Site IT) and sends them access to SOS [Slack.](https://join.slack.com/t/southlandsonl-nmy3120/shared_invite/zt-23zheqe3n-ds0iwm7Vr4AqYORGh6lqDw)
Message the student in Slack, Schoology, Student, and Parent/Guardian Email.
Provide the parent with the schoology link and inform them that after they log in on the gmail they can easily log in on the schoology link as well:\ [https://app.schoology.com/home#/?\\\_k=nil84j](https://app.schoology.com/home#/?%5C_k=nil84j)
Make sure to confirm with them that they are able to access their courses!
**CSM** ensures Student is able to access all of their courses and that they have successfully accessed their Slack account.
