Enter Patrons Information on form. May need them to fill out membership form.

Make sure that we have emergency information for patron

In the Silver Sneakers Box - type in the patrons 16 digit number. They should be able to provide this. Separate training on how to find this online.

Click "enter membership barcode" if needed.

Click "OK" patron is charged daily. There are no "Memberships" charged to account.
