Go to your [Staff Dashboard](https://app.hubspot.com/reports-dashboard/43906074/view/11782727?dataSource=0-3&dataSourceName=DEAL&propertyName=hubspot_owner_id&propertyType=enumeration&operator=In&value=__hs__ME)

Scroll down to the bottom and under "My Donors" Click "Click here to view your full donor list"

Click the "Search name, phone, email addresses, or company" field and enter the name of the donor (or you can just review the list to find them. Note: The "My Donors" list filters out all contacts assigned to you.

Click on the donor's name when you find them.

Navigate to the right hand column of the person's contact record under the "Subscriptions" section. Find the recurring payment you need to edit and hover over it. Click "Preview" Note: "Recurring" Donations are listed as "Subscriptions" in HubSpot

Click "Actions"

Click "Cancel subscription"

Click "Cancel subscription"
A notification email will automatically be sent to the donor confirming the cancellation.

You'll be able to confirm the cancellation yourself by going back to the Subscription on the contact record and the "Status" will now show Canceled.
