Click "Marketing"

Click "Email"

Click "Create email"

Click "Regular"

Select your newsletter template "Carothers Monthly Newsletter"

Edit your text and graphics in the "Edit" section.

Save your graphics for the newsletter in the "Sri Lanka" folder in HubSpot. When you go to add or replace a graphic, click "Browse Folders" and select "Sri Lanka" you can store your graphics here (feel free to add additional folders!) so you can easily find them later.

Click "Settings"

Confirm the "From name" and "From address" are yours (this should default to the name and address of the user setting up the email, so you shouldn't have to change this).

Add your "Subject line"

Add "Preview text" (if desired) - this shows up next to the subject line in some email providers.

Click "Select a subscription type"

Click "Sri Lanka Newsletter & Updates"

Click "Select a campaign"

Click "Sri Lanka"

Click "Send or schedule"

Click "Select to"

Select the "Sri Lanka Mail Subscriptions - ALL" check box

Uncheck the "Don't send to unengaged contacts" (this will ensure everyone on your list receives the email).

You can "Send Now" or "Schedule for later"

If you schedule for later, Update the date and Time for sending (the account is set up with Hawaii time).

You can check to send based on your contact's time zones - i.e. if you want everyone to receive their email at 8:00am their time, then you can schedule it out for 8:00am and check that checkbox and it will recognize their timezone when sending!

If you'd like to see a preview of the email, Click "Actions"

Click "Preview"

You can see the desktop version and mobile version. Click "Back" when finished previewing.

Click "Review and schedule"

Click "Schedule"
