STN - Update Internship Dashboard with new sessions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to update an internship dashboard in HubSpot with new sessions. By following these steps, users can remove old reports and update them with upcoming sessions, selecting the new session to display and renaming the report accordingly.

HubSpot

Click "Reporting & Data"

Click "Dashboards"

Click "Hawaii Internships"

Under the # Accepted graph, Click here on the older report you'd like to remove and update to an upcoming session.

Click "Internship Sessions - Hawaii (Deal)"

Click X next to current listed session to remove

Click the dropdown to select the new session to display

Click "Spring 2025" (or the name of the next session you'd like to display)

Click "Apply"

Click "Update existing report"

Click here.

Click "Rename"

Click the "Report name" field and edit to the new session date

Click "Rename report"

Under theGender/Age Breakout graph, Click here on the older report you'd like to remove and update to an upcoming session.

Click here.

Click X to remove the old session

Click the dropdown to select the new session

Click "Spring 2025" (or other future date you'd like to view)

Click "Apply"

Click "Update existing report"

Click here.

Click "Rename"

Click the "Report name" field and edit to the new session date

Click "Rename report"

Under the List graph, Click here on the older report you'd like to remove and update to an upcoming session.

Click "Internship Sessions - Hawaii"

Double-click X to remove the old session

Click "Spring 2025" (or other future date)

Click "Apply"

Click "Update existing report"

Click here.

Click "Rename"

Click the "Report name" field and edit to the new session date

You can have more than 2 sessions broken out on the dashboard if needed! Clone current reports and update with the instructions above. You can also drag and drop the current graphs to be in different orders or different sizes.
