    1
Create a sales order in Sage Intacct with the following settings: - Name: “Sales Order” Workflow category: Order - Template Type: Order - Partial conversion: Leave transaction open or Close transaction - GL Posting: Do not post - Line-item price: Off - Track line-item discount: Off
    2
Enable sales orders on your Paystand plan settings
    3
    Head over to your Dashboard
    4
A new page will appear called “Sales orders”
    5
You can view your newly-created sales order here
    6
Make a full or partial payment on the sales order either via the virtual terminal, the checkout experience, or directly from Sage Intacct
    7
The sales order will automatically be converted to a sales invoice and this one will be automatically synced to your Dashboard as usual and the sales order will be marked as “Converted”
    8
The sales invoice will be treated like any other invoice and reconciliation will go through
    9
Once converted, the sales order cannot be edited or deleted in Sage Intacct—you won’t have to worry about this transaction in the future again
