A neat function from a Contact, is the ability to create an **Organisation Structure**.
Simply, ensure the "*Reports to*" field in the Details tab is populated on each of your Contacts.
If this is done consistently, then by clicking on the **Hierarchy Icon** in the Highlights Panel....

...we can then see the reporting structure of the business.
Here, our Contact Sean Forbes reports to Claire Emery....

....and we can drill further into those reporting to Sean by clicking the arrow next to his name.

We then see Rose Gonzalez reporting into Sean.

This is because Sean's name is in the "Reports to" field on Rose's Contact record
Each time you add a "Reports to" name on the Details Tab, another piece of the puzzle fits into place and you get a fuller picture of your Client - and the opportunity to unlock more sales.
