Schedule EXPERIMENTS as a Facility Director or Facility Manager

Click "Experiments."

Click "My Facility's Active Experiments"

Click the ID# of the experiment.

You can only schedule *if* the experiment was approved.

Click "Schedule and Usage."

Click "Add Assigned Experiment Schedule."

Click the "Start Date" field to enter a date based on their preferred or possible options.

Enter the "End Date" based on their number of weeks or days requested. You can also click the calendar icon to enter the date.

The calendar icon will have a mini calendar pop up to select your dates.

Double check the information.

Select the User Support Scientist who will be assisting during this experiment.

If selecting "Other" enter the other user support scientist's name or NHMFL user email.

Click "Save."

To check the schedule for this experiment click "Schedule and Usage"

You should now see the start and end dates, the number of days using the experiment, and the magnet or laboratory devices that will be used.

Click "Notify Users of Experiment Schedule" to inform them.

Select the users from "Email Recipients" to notify them.

Add other recipient's email as needed.

Click the "Special Comments (if any)" field to add additional notes.

Review the Email Preview.
