Navigate to [https://healthedge.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home](https://healthedge.lightning.force.com/lightning/page/home)
Click "Contacts"
Click "Select a List View"
Click "YOUR NAME (Manager +)", I selected Will's list as an example here. Please select Contact list that has your name. MAKE SURE IT SAYS "MANAGER" because we are sending this out to manger level contact list.
Then please Click "Send List Email".
Click here to insert the email template.
Click "Insert a template..."
Click "Q1 2023 Survey Reminder Email"
Click on the drop down arrow.
Click "Send Later"
Click the "Date" field.
Click on Feb. the 8th which is when we want the second survey reminder to go out on.
Click "Save"
Click "Send Later"
We are going to repeat the same process for the other date that we want the survey reminders to go out on. Again Click "Send List Email"
Click here to insert the email template.
Click "Insert a template..."
Click "Q1 2023 Survey Reminder Email"
Click on the drop down arrow.
Click "Send Later"
