Schedule a Showing - Reciprocal User (Web and App)
Scheduling via Web

From the SentriKey home screen, go to the schedule tile and then tap 'schedule a showing'.

Click the "Search Listings" field and search for the listing you would like to schedule on.

Once the listing populates, tap it.

Select the date of the appointment, the duration, and appointment type (first showing, second showing, appraisal, inspection, etc.)

Click the "Note to Listing Agent" field, this is optional

Drag the window to select your appointment time.

Once everything is entered, click 'schedule now'.

You will see the showing instructions and alarm code now that your appointment is confirmed. You will also receive this via email and you can see it on your schedule on the app.
Scheduling via App

Launch your SentriKey Real Estate app and tap the hamburger menu on the top left.

Tap 'My Schedule'.

To start scheduling, tap the + icon on the bottom left.

Search for and then select the listing you would like to schedule a showing on.

First select the date for the showing.

Enter all applicable fields just like on web and then hit 'schedule now'.

You will then see a successful message.

You will now see the appointment on your calendar. You can tap the appointment tile to find lockbox and showing instructions.

Swipe through the carousel to view all details for the property.
