      Choose a date and time

      4
Outlook can help you choose the best date and time by showing you the availability of every attendee based on their NSH Calendar. You have three options for choosing a date and time for this meeting. **OPTION 1:** Suggested times that work for the most attendees will appear. Clicking on one of the suggestions will set the meeting for that date and time, or use Option 2 or 3 to choose a different date/time.
      5
**OPTION 2:** You can use the date picker to choose a start and end date/time for this meeting.
      6
**OPTION 3:** You can use the scheduler on the right to choose a date and time that works best for all attendees.
      7
If this meeting will repeat (such as once per month, or once every 2nd Tuesday), use the Reoccurrence dropdown to select how often this meeting should repeat. Repeating meetings use the same meeting link and invite for all repeated meetings.

      10
Type in a description for the meeting. If this meeting will be held on another platform such as Zoom, paste the Zoom link details here. Place any specific instructions for attendees here, including any work they need to do before the meeting.
