    Click on the "Teams Desktop Application".

    In the Microsoft Teams Desktop Application left menu select " Calendar".

    In the Microsoft Team Desktop Application select "New Meeting drop-down".

    In the *New Meeting Drop-Down* , click on the meeting you wish to set.

    A New meeting window will open, fill out all the details for the meeting, click "Save".
