In Microsoft Teams start a new chat with the person you would like to schedule a message for

Choose the day and time you want to send the message and then click "Send at scheduled time"

You will now see a message letting you know this message will be scheduled if you click Send. If you need to make changes to your message you can do this before clicking send.
