Navigate to your Brightspace course shell.

Click "Tutoring Resources" on the top green banner.

Click "TracCloud" from the drop-down list.

Select your course from the drop-down list.

Select "Technology Assistance" from the drop-down list.

Select the type of Technology Assistance that you are seeking from the drop-down list.

Click "OK"

Click "Search..."

For additional session times, click the "Load more..." button.

To reserve a session, click on the green time slot that works for you.

Leave your tutor a note if you would like. Tutors are better prepared for sessions when you leave a note.

Click "CONFIRM"

Click "Close"

Check your Oswego email. Click "Yes" to add the appointment to your Google calendar.
