Log into SchoolPass at [https://casasf.school-pass.net/](https://casasf.school-pass.net/)

On your HOME PAGE, you can see a quick overview of your student's activity schedule for the next two weeks.

To report an absence, click "Report Absence" on the right hand side.

Click on the pencil icon to edit your student's schedule.

Under FREQUENCY, you can select from several options of recurring absences from only the current week, to a custom date field that covers a wider selection of days.

Under PERIOD and DAYS, you can select the dates and days your student will be absent from CASA.

Under REASON/NOTES, you can add a note to CASA Admin as to why your student will be absent.

Once you've confirmed all details are accurate, hit "OK"

On each day your student is enrolled in an Activity, SchoolPass will ask if you would like to OVERWRITE or KEEP the Activity. If your student will be absent, please OVERWRITE the activity.

If you are unable to report an absence before CASA starts in the afternoons, please email us at [info@casasf.org](mailto:info@casasf.org) or send us a text at (415) 493-8897

Now your student's schedule should be updated with when they will be absent and when they will be attending the program.

These steps can also be used to submit absences in the SchoolPass (App) version. Click the + button at the bottom of the screen and select ABSENT. The rest of the steps should be similar!
