1. Each Organization is emailed an Accreditation certificate reflecting their main address at the successful completion of their Accreditation/Reaccreditation process.
- Organizations pursuing an interim review are only sent a certificate upon request at the completion of their interim review process
- Completion is defined as all programmatic parts of the (re)accreditation process finalized and all (re)accreditation fees paid. These fees include the following:
1. (Re)accreditation Fee
2. Site Visit Fee
3. All Maintenance of Accreditation Fees
4. Trainings/Technical Support/Consulting Fees (if applicable)
2. Site/Location specific certificates are available upon request.
