Click "Settings" & choose "Sign In Features"

Choose "Room Number" from the Visitors Must Search For Resident By dropdown

Click "Save"

Now any Kiosk user that is at your community to visit a resident must search for them using their room number rather than their last name.

If you need to edit a residents room number within the Dashboard, click "Resident" and choose "Kiosk Resident List" and then choose whichever resident you need to edit.
