Open Trakk Assets [https://app.trakkassets.com](https://app.trakkassets.com) and click on "List".

Click "Reports" to see a list of reports.

Select "Current Issues" from the asset list, to get an overview of where priority repair work may be needed.

The 'CURRENT ISSUES' list shows high priority reports.

(1) unresolved faults, and 
(2) condition assessments with scores 4 or 5. 

Reports are sorted by priority, with the most urgent at the top.
Note that lower priority reports (eg: condition 3) do not appear in this list.

Click the "Type", "Assets", "Time", or "Notes" headings to change the order the reports are sorted in the list.

If you want to browse all reports for a site, click on the "Parent Asset" dropdown menu and choose the site/facility you need.

Click on the "Type" box to filter your results by the report type (faults, condition assessments, or notes).

Use the "Search" box to filter by the report notes.
Clear the text to stop filtering.

Click on a report in the list to view details or open up the full report.

ASSET LIST
You can also view a history of reports directly from the Asset list.

Choose a parent asset from the dropdown menu.

Toggle the report icon to show/hide reports from the asset list.

Click on any report icon to view the report.

After reviewing the report details, click the back button to return to the asset list.
