Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Helpdesk
Search Using a Job or Task Number

Find the job or task number in the **Job #** or **Task #** column.\

Copy it, or write it down

Click "Search"

Enter the job or task number

Click "Go"

You will see a summary of all activity related to the task or job. This includes information about any delays, cancellations, or rejections. You can view who took the action, any comments they provided, and the timestamp of when it occurred
View via Edit Task

Click "edit" in the **Task #** column

Scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will see the task log
View the Job or Task Log for a Completed or Cancelled Task

Click "Completed Tasks" or "Cancelled Tasks"

Click the required task
