    Seattle Colleges -- Adding your class Zoom link to student's calendars in Canvas

    Navigate to [https://canvas.seattlecolleges.edu/](https://canvas.seattlecolleges.edu/)
    Click the Calendar icon in the Global Navigation.
    Click "Create New Event"
    Type your class name (what the student will see on their calendar)
    Select the first day you would like to start the recurring Zoom link
    Select the start time
    Select the end time
    You can add anything here for the location, but I recommend just writing "Zoom"
    Select the class you are adding the Zoom link for
    Click "More Options"
    You will add your Zoom link here
    Click "Link Options"
    Change the "Text" to read "Zoom Link for Class XX" or something similar
    Scroll down and click "Done" to save the "Text"

    This is where you make the link reoccurring

    Click the "Duplicate" field.
    Select how many weeks you would like the link to re-occur on the student's calendar in the "For __ additional occurrence(s)" field (usually until your last class of the quarter).
    Click "Create Event"
    Your class link will now show up on the student's calendar until the date you specified.
    You can check by going back to your own calendar.
