Sign into CanadaHelps to access the Donor Management System.
Once you've accessed the Donor Management System, click "Contacts"
    Click "Advanced Search"
    Click the "GROUP(S)" dropdown.
Find and click the Smart Group you just made in the guide above, under the blog heading "Creating an Engaged Subscribers List"
    Click "Contributions"
    Click the "DATE RECEIVED" dropdown.
Click "Last 12 months including today"
Under "CONTRIBUTION AMOUNTS" click the "From" field and enter the minimum amount your charity considers to be a major donation. For this guide, we entered $5,000.00.
    Click "Search"
    Click the "All Records" field.
    Click the "Actions" dropdown.
Click "Group - create smart group"
Enter the Group Title. For example, you could call this list "VIP Donors"
You can also enter an optional Group Description as well.
Click the "Mailing List" field. We need to click this to send bulk emails to this Smart Group.
Please note that steps 18-19 are optional. Click the "Add Parent" dropdown.
Click the Group the new Group was derived from. In this guide, "VIP Donors" was derived from the "Engaged Email Subscribers" Smart Group. Thus, we select "Engaged Email Subscribers" as the Parent Group.
    Click "Save Smart Group"
