Click on the '+' for the to expand the list of workshops on the date.

Select the plus sign next to the Team with the workshop you want to select.

To select the workshop "Computer Lab 2", click on it.

After clicking on the workshop, the date of the workshop, name of the workshop, the teacher leading the workshop, and the room number will be displayed. To confirm that this is the workshop you want press 'Change Workshop'.  Only workshops with an 'Open' priority can be changed.  If a teacher or administrator has assigned a workshop, it can not be changed by a student.

The grid showing your workshops will be refreshed showing the newly selected workshop.  Optionally, a note to the teacher can be added so the teacher knows why you selected the workshop.

Enter the note, and press 'Update Note', the teacher will see note in the Teacher App.
